Module 3 - 12th Grade
Preparing to Act on Your 10-Year Education and Career Plan

11th Grade Book

In this module, students develop plans for applying for college, scholarships, and jobs by creating resumes, personal statements, and college and scholarship essays. They practice writing thank-you notes, cover letters and even a letter of resignation while also learning how to be successful in an
interview setting.

Students discover that an Education Plan is a life-long process and is as applicable while in the workforce as it is when going to school. As they practice identifying the skills they’ll need for the workplace -- along with a variety of ways to obtain those skills -- they’ll understand how this process is applicable for all areas of their life.
